Meet the Picky Eater

My name’s Bethy St. John, and I’ve been flicking tomatoes, beans, and other unwanted accompaniments off my foods for nearly 3 decades now. But between my love for cooking and my disdain for being the picky one at restaurants and dinner parties, it’s time I add some new ingredients to my pantry. Chocolate, pizza, and chicken fingers are mainstays in my current diet. And although over the years I’ve successfully beefed that up with the occasional vegetable or spice, a wannabe-foodie challenge is long overdue. If I can add some new seafood, sauces, and sweets to my culinary catalog, then there may be hope for me yet. The trick is not spitting it all out along the way. šŸ™‚
